MEDSource One isn't just an urgent care facility --- we also offer the Northeast Ohio schools and communities a thorough, convenient, and cost-effective sport physical for their student athletes. Walk-ins are welcomed; however, appointments are available and preferred.

We are an excellent alternative when you are unable to secure a convenient appointment with your child's pediatrician or family doctor.
