Whether your physical examination needs are specialized to your industry, unique to your company or standardized by the government, MEDSource One can accommodate your programs. We perform hundreds of examinations each year, including post-offer physicals, DOT, OSHA medical surveillance, preventive health, return to work, fit for duty, and others.

We accept scheduled or walk-in patients. If you need a location outside of our facility service area, we will arrange the service through one of our nationwide preferred providers. We deliver prompt service with an average patient visit of one hour or less, depending upon the number of ancillary studies involved in the examination. We also offer physical examinations at the employer's site, with some limitations that may apply.

Board-certified occupational physicians who are experts in regulatory compliance perform the physical examinations, and our facility is equipped to provide comprehensive ancillary services including:
