A native Clevelander, growing up in Shaker Heights, she graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago with a B.A. in Sociology and earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. She returned to Chicago to do her residency in Internal Medicine/ Occupational Medicine at Cook County Hospital. During that time, she also received her M.P.H. from the University of Illinois School of Public Health.
Dr. Fagan is Board-Certified in Occupational Medicine and has extensive occupational medicine experience in Northeast Ohio. She is also active in community organizations and serves as the president of the boards of trustees for both Environmental Health Watch and Ohio Citizen Action.
